DBM Construction was hired to help with the renovation of a theater in Kannapolis, NC. In this case, our job was to cut openings or windows for the new balcony seating that will be added to view the stage.
Here, we’re removing a large concrete base from a warehouse. We used our wire saw to cut the base even and level with the floor in order to eliminate damage to the existing concrete floor. Removing it in this way allowed us to leave the customer with a smooth floor with no damage and remove the base that was no longer needed.
We were hired to assist in the renovation of a historical office space that is being converted to shopping and entertainment space. This project involved cutting several openings for doors, plumbing and elevators.
