New Construction:
- Prepare the surface by grading and excavation of existing material.
- Install the proper depth of gravel base.
- Pave asphalt to the specifications required.
Replace:
- Remove and recycle the existing asphalt layer.
- Recover and reuse as much of the existing base as possible.
- Replace with a new asphalt layer.
